Hardware.com achieves Dell Premier Partner status in the UK and Ireland

Announcement marks Hardware.com in top tier of end-to-end solution providers.

Hardware.com has been awarded Premier Partner status from Dell. This prestigious designation is in recognition of Hardware.com’s sales and technical certifications, which are knowledge-based around Dell’s portfolio of products.

“We are extremely proud to have achieved this credential from Dell,” commented Simon Fieldhouse, Global Sales Director at Hardware.com. “This achievement is a testament to the knowledge and technical expertise of our team of engineers, who continually ensure we provide the highest level of service from the early stage of product design to proof of concept. Being a Premier Partner will further assure our customers that not only do we have the absolute support of our vendor partners, but also that we are certified to offer them the most effective solutions from a comprehensive range of Dell products.”

Dell restructured its PartnerDirect channel programme in early 2011, splitting the former certified authorisation into two new levels—Preferred Partners and Premier Partners—as a means to reward solution providers that consistently demonstrate an applied knowledge of Dell’s ever expanding portfolio of products, as well as significant investment in the company. Only a small percentage of the certified group achieves this top tier of Dell’s partnership. In addition to holding at least two certifications, Premier Partners must reach a higher sales volume requirement to qualify for additional benefits.

“Having successfully achieved very high revenue within their certification areas, combined with their on-going investment in and commitment to the development of their technical services team, we are delighted to appoint Hardware.com as a Premier Partner— the partner level designated for top solution providers,” said Edward Owen, Regional Channel Sales Manager at Dell. “Hardware.com is dedicated to providing their customers with products and solutions that bring maximum value, and we are pleased to both acknowledge and help further this undertaking with this honour.”
Featuring a multi-disciplined approach to hardware infrastructure and data center solutions, Hardware.com is committed to offering customers technical expertise by highly accredited engineers and an extensive portfolio of solutions designed to solve complex business problems.
