In June 2012, Unisys announced a comprehensive suite of cloud-based ITSM services and solutions aimed at helping organizations improve the delivery of IT support services to their end users while simplifying service operations and reducing capital and operating costs. The new Unisys offerings include a software-as-a-service version of the BMC Remedy technology along with a range of consulting, implementation and maintenance services.
As a value-added service, Unisys also provides a consumer-style self-service web portal where end users can navigate their organization’s service catalog and prioritize service delivery by identifying support services they need most urgently.
