New appointments at growing Managed IT Services Provider

Managed IT Services provider Netshield, has appointed Claire Griffin as the new Operations Manager and Jodie Breakwell has joined as a Customer Services Administrator at the growing company.

Ms Griffin, who has been with Netshield since 2010, will now be client focused and responsible for efficiencies in the company’s operations, processes, and communications between all of the Netshield’s departments. Ms Hawkswood, who has previously worked within the IT industry for 4 years, will be responsible for the company’s administrative duties such as diary management and.
