IQNavigator developed a custom application using the ServiceNow platform to manage workflow and approvals for application software changes. This helps IQNavigator meet strict quality assurance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
IQNavigator also uses the ServiceNow IT Governance, Risk and Compliance application to automate the collection of evidence to meet SSAE 16 SOC 1, 2 and 3 attestation standards. This has improved the accuracy of the company’s self-audit and reduced the time its auditors spend on-site collecting information. Now, IQNavigator has a real-time understanding of how it is doing against its controls.
