Within this accreditation, Hardware.com’s support services brand, Smartpac®, will offer level 1 and 2 Juniper Networks support function to its customers, and escalate level 3 and parts replacement requirements to Juniper’s A Level TAC (Technical Assistance Center). Through the Smartpac portal and the wide range of third-party support it offers, Hardware.com customers are able to run a multi-vendor network environment, supported by one organisation, with one contract, for one network. The Juniper Networks PSS Specialization elevates and broadens the level of support Smartpac can now offer customers running multi-vendor networks, in addition to the many Juniper-only environments among its customer base.
Hardware.com has been a Juniper Elite Partner since January 2013, a status designated only to companies that exceed rigorous standards for customer satisfaction, technology expertise, training and service specialization. To achieve the invitation-only PSS Specialization, a partner must first hold Elite status from Juniper Networks, and must also hold further technical certifications, as well as industry-recognised level 1 and 2 trouble-shooting certifications for the delivery of the service.
Commenting on the announcement, Simon Fieldhouse, CCO at Hardware.com said: “We are delighted to have achieved this accreditation, which is the latest chapter in our long-standing and successful relationship with Juniper Networks. As a Juniper PSS Specialization partner, we will be able to offer our customers an even more enhanced level of support.”
”Juniper is focused on enabling customers to build the best networks to meet their business objectives. Partners are a fundamental part of that enablement, so I am very pleased to witness Hardware.com’s ongoing success within our program,” said Darryl Brick, area partner director for U.K. and Ireland, Juniper Networks. “With this accreditation, Hardware.com has taken another step closer to its existing customers, and can also enhance its opportunities with new business.”
