The flexibility of the OpenStack open source platform has made it a popular choice for those seeking to manage large pools of compute, storage and networking resources throughout a data. However, while OpenStack aims to enable service providers and enterprises to leverage its core technology, significant investment is required to take it from a framework to a turn-key solution to support a commercialized cloud offering.
