Tibco has started to build bridges between its widely used integration and collaboration capabilities and Netsuite’s core platform of business record that lies at the heart of its ERP and business management SaaS system. The first sign of this is the announcement of a tibbr SuiteApp for the Netsuite system. This is designed to enable Netsuite users to collaborate with each other directly within NetSuite.
The new SuiteApp, built using the NetSuite SuiteCloud Development Platform, has achieved `Built for NetSuite’ verification. This SuiteCloud Developer Network tag identifies a program for SDN partners that provides them with information, resources and a method to verify that their applications and integrations, built using the SuiteCloud Computing Platform, meet NetSuite standards and best practices. It is designed to give NetSuite customers additional confidence that SuiteApps have been built to meet these standards.

With the tibbr SuiteApp, NetSuite customers can bring communication and collaboration out of email and directly to the point that real work occurs − where customer data is recorded, financial transactions are processed and customer service is managed.
Rather than draining time and productivity dipping in and out of email and siloed legacy portals to collaborate on work activities, NetSuite users can now ask questions, discuss and share knowledge related to a specific activity all without ever leaving the NetSuite user interface.
NetSuite users can use a single sign-on experience to access the tibbr SuiteApp, enabling anytime, anywhere access. Using the tibbr SuiteApp, teams and employees can better execute on a range of critical work activities.
For example, finance teams can now interact directly with account managers and other stakeholders when exceptions occur throughout the order-to-cash process, sales executives can gain insight from experts across their organisations when creating a proposal or cross-selling to existing customers, and support staff can liaison directly with product or service experts in context when addressing customer support tickets or escalations.
