The acquisition has enabled CloudSpec inside access to C4L’s coreTX network, meaning a costly part of the business can now be removed and efficiency will significantly improve with positive revenue forecast generated. In turn, C4L now has a new service offering; highly scalable cloud backup, archive and storage. This expansion of C4L’s portfolio further reinforces C4L’s recent announcements of official partnerships with some of the largest Colocation and Cloud providers in the UK.
Archie Maddocks, Service Delivery Director of CloudSpec has now been appointed as Operations Director of C4L, where his key skills and specialist knowledge of CloudSpec will be instrumental to C4L’s continual improvement and target of 60% revenue growth this year. The acquisition creates a unique opportunity to bring together two technologies, coreTX and CloudSpec, with the aim to create the UK’s fastest storage, on demand, backup and archive service. Both C4L and CloudSpec will continue to trade independently as part of C4L Group Holdings.
