Arrow and SimpliVity sign pan-EMEA value-added distributor agreement

Arrow Electronics, Inc. and SimpliVity have announced a Pan-European agreement to deliver a world-class solution to resellers and their customers to transform today’s data centre.

SimpliVity provides the best of both worlds for today’s virtualised data centres: the scale, agility, efficiency and economics of cloud infrastructure with the performance, protection and manageability of enterprise IT. The company’s OmniCube platform consolidates up to a dozen infrastructure functions into a single unified stack. SimpliVity’s data architecture, delivered on commodity x86 building blocks, helps organisations realise three times the amount of total cost of ownership (TCO) savings. Deploying a network of two or more OmniCubes creates a global federation that facilitates efficient data movement, resource sharing and scalability.

This agreement follows the recent launch of SimpliVity PartnerAdvantage, a programme that enables IT’s leading global resellers and integrators to offer their customers a world-class solution to transform their data centres. The programme encourages partners to maximise sales of SimpliVity OmniCube and implement robust support, training and marketing materials to drive business.
