IncrediBuild accelerates application development for Microsoft Azure

Solution provides scalable, efficient and cost-effective development.

IncrediBuild announces the availability of IncrediBuild for Microsoft Azure. IncrediBuild for Azure is a cloud-based solution allowing IT and developers to accelerate development and testing, scaling their infrastructure by automatically adding compute resources using IncrediBuild’s acceleration technology on Azure.

“Companies don’t need to invest in any hardware whatsoever to accelerate development processes beyond a standard desktop,” said Eyal Maor, CEO of IncrediBuild. “With IncrediBuild on Microsoft Azure, development teams get the resources they need on demand, significantly reducing costs while accelerating development time and enabling faster time to market. “On the cloud and off, IncrediBuild delivers plug-and-play application development acceleration for Agile, continuous integration (CI), and continuous development (CD) environments. With IncrediBuild, developers can use the public, private, and hybrid cloud to accelerate every aspect of application development, from initial build through testing to final packaging and everything in between.

With IncrediBuild, IT and developers don’t have to worry about limited resources at peak times. They can scale their infrastructure directly to the cloud, using additional CPU power combined with IncrediBuild’s acceleration capabilities to maximize performance. IncrediBuild on the cloud means you don’t have to install any virtual machines, move data to the cloud, or set up any systems. It’s already set up and ready to go.

IncrediBuild seamlessly adds Azure-based cloud resources and increases build-related compute power, enabling fast and transparent deployment of agents into the Azure environment. Once the user selects the cloud setting, IncrediBuild’s distributed computing technology executes them in parallel, using the optimum number of CPUs on Azure.

“The combination of IncrediBuild and Azure enables faster app development,” says Vibhor Kapoor, Director of Product Marketing, Microsoft Azure. “Customers have access to computing resources, 99.95% availability SLA, and 24x7 tech support with Azure, the same enterprise-tested platform that powers Skype, Office 365, Bing, and Xbox. This combination creates the opportunity for almost infinite development acceleration.”
