This year’s conference program consists of half-day and full-day tutorials on Sunday, July 12, followed by a three-day conference track from Monday, July 13, to Wednesday, July 15. The track includes three keynotes, distinguished talks by experts, the ISC Research Paper and Poster sessions and various topic and interest-specific Bird-of-a-Feather Sessions. The newly-introduced Hans Meuer Award, as well as the PRACE and Gauss Awards, await the best research papers in 2015. The conference will conclude Thursday, July 16, with half-day and full-day workshops.
The comprehensive ISC exhibition, which is a three-day event, will feature about 160 dynamic exhibits from leading HPC companies and research organizations. The exciting HPC Advisory Council – ISC Student Cluster Competition will be held for the fourth time, once again on the show floor.
Specifically designed to meet commercial-user requirements, this year’s industrial track will take place Tuesday, July 14, and Wednesday, July 15. High on the agenda is the significance of HPC in financial services, and the marine and automotive industries. Other topics include CAE, systems software, best practices in cloud and big data, and the affordability of cluster computing. This track is intended for engineers, manufacturers, designers, CFD application users, as well as HPC center and cloud and big data managers.
