BetVictor, which has a reputation as a technological innovator in the betting and gaming industry, has selected Talend to drive insight and analysis of customer behavior together with real-time predictive capabilities.
“We are a data-driven organisation and we recognise that the ability to harness data and leverage it across the organisation in real-time will be critical to the business as we continue to grow,” said Kris Marshall, head of Business Intelligence & Analytics, BetVictor. “We were impressed with what Talend could offer ‘out-of-box’ in comparison to other vendors; opting for Talend will unlock seamless access to any third party data source and allow us to quickly transfer data into our operational data hub that’s powered by Cloudera.”
Marshall added: “Our ultimate aim is to create an end-to-end data organism that enables us to turn complex business requirements into commercially driven initiatives.”
“Big data is being used actively across the gaming sector today to target customers more effectively, differentiate solutions, and monetise service offerings,” said Fran?ois Mero, senior vice president of Sales EMEA, Talend. “We are delighted that BetVictor has chosen to use Talend to help capitalise on these trends and enhance not only its customers’ gaming experience but also optimise its overall business.”
