Zenium reveals contract wins at Frankfurt One

Zenium has secured two new customers at its Frankfurt One data center. The contract wins confirm strong ongoing interest in the state-of-the-art facility and also contribute towards Zenium’s strongest global sales performance to date.

The first customer approached Zenium as part of a market-wide initiative to identify a reputable data center operator that could offer a hybrid solution to effectively link between a hardware platform and software services.  The second chose Zenium as a result of its ability to support future expansion plans; an element of the Zenium business model that major cloud providers are finding very compelling.
“We are able to provide customers with transactions that are structured around phased growth whereby they can draw down further power and technical space in order to accommodate future business growth.  This ability to provide a flexible and scalable approach are often key criteria in the selection of Zenium,” said Franek Sodzawiczny, Founder and CEO at Zenium.  “Everything we do at Zenium, from initial design to running ongoing operations, is conceived and managed by our in-house team. We put a great deal of effort in to building working relationships that last, whilst our exceptional technical abilities enable us to deliver exactly what our customers want; quickly and cost effectively. Key players in the industry choose us because of this winning formula.”
Energy efficiency remains high on the German data center agenda as does the need for high levels of resilience to guarantee service levels required by our customers.  Zenium Frankfurt One provides one of the best PUE’s in Frankfurt combined with the added advantage of 110kV dual redundant power supplies to the site.
Strategically located in Sossenheim, Frankfurt One extends to 5,000 sq m (9.1 MW IT load) of net technical space. It is situated on a highly secure campus that will ultimately provide a total of 15,000 sq m (26.7 MW IT load) across two buildings.
