The partnership centres on the development of standard cloud services and guarantees a modern, scalable platform for Etera’s changing business needs. The agreement also aims at finding cost-efficiency in the production of services, in addition to creating suitable conditions for the renewal of systems and technologies.
– Tieto is our long-term partner, and they understand the requirements of our operational environment. They can develop the operational services so that we can provide better and more cost-efficient service to our customers. Tieto supports us in our strategic aim to establish a long-lived ecosystem in the pension field, where Tieto plays a substantial role, says Janne Ruuska Chief Information Officer.
– We have been working with Etera for a long time, and we are very pleased that Etera has placed its trust in us and will allow us to contribute to the modernization of its infrastructural services. This agreement will further strengthen our position in the Nordic insurance sector. By providing high-quality services, we can help our client to meet the requirements and high expectations of the industry, says Christian Segersven, Vice President Tieto Financial Services.
