Proact has joined the AWS Channel Reseller Program which will allow organisations to combine Proact’s 20+ years of experience in delivering core IT services with Amazon Web Services’ flexible cloud solutions, helping customers move their IT workloads to an optimal solution for their business requirements.
With both organisations being renowned for their customer-centric approach and exceptional service quality, the relationship represents a great opportunity for any enterprise looking to adopt a true hybrid cloud approach or wanting to make better use of the public cloud.
Proact’s offerings will be showcased at the upcoming AWS Summit Stockholm, scheduled for May 3rd this year, and at AWS Summit London on June 28th. Additionally Proact will be present at the AWS Transformation Day in Utrecht on May 23rd.
Proact can help businesses take advantage of proven technology, enabling enterprises to move between on-premise environments, Proact data centres or the AWS Cloud, quickly and without risk. Proact has developed a range of standardised AWS services, allowing customers across the globe to connect their Proact hosted or on-premise platforms directly into AWS. These services include backup and disaster recovery, designed to protect critical customer data whether in AWS or locally hosted.
This range of AWS services has been built using technology from Proact’s strategic technical partners including VMware, Commvault and NetApp. By opting for such offerings, customers of all sizes can become more agile and efficient while utilising AWS, introducing a consistent method of data protection regardless of cloud location.
Proact will also provide a host of Professional Services and Service Management offerings for Amazon Web Service users, helping them get all the benefits that the AWS Cloud has to offer in accordance with Amazon Web Services’ best practices. Proact can help design and implement an integrated cloud solution and can also offer monitoring and management services to maintain high performance standards.
With certified engineers and architects in the United Kingdom, Benelux, Germany and the Nordics, Proact can provide local language expertise to enterprises across Europe. The blend of Proact’s resources and AWS services creates a strong platform to align the needs of our customer’s business and IT departments.
Jason Clark, CEO and President at Proact, said: “Proact can securely bridge the shift in technology towards the cloud and enable organisations to take full advantage of the many opportunities the AWS Cloud has to offer.
“We provide the tools to ensure a seamless migration to AWS, making the transition to this secure, flexible and cost-effective platform as stress free and low risk as possible. We have an established range of managed services which can be applied to assist your IT operations staff, and that will complement the deployment of services within AWS.
