The new appointments will ensure Timico consistently develops and delivers the necessary products and services to meet its clients’ digital transformation needs and fulfil its future organic and acquisitive growth objectives as it further scales its business following the ?50 million investment in the company by Lyceum Capital earlier this year.
Kirsty Johnson has been recruited as Client Operations Director responsible for all service desks, provisioning teams and client service teams to ensure Timico is continually delivering the highest possible level of service. Prior to joining Timico, Kirsty spent 12 years at Alternative Networks, latterly as Operations Director during a period of rapid organic and acquisitive growth.
In a new position, Colin Riddle has been appointed as Head of Products & Services, with responsibility for Timico’s entire portfolio. He will lead a team of Product Managers to develop and deliver Timico’s Managed Cloud Service Provider proposition.
Prior to joining Timico, Colin spent almost four years with managed cloud computing company, Rackspace, most recently as Manager, Product Enablement, where he led a team of Technical and Business Engagement Managers and was also responsible for continual improvement across Product International.
Martin Riley has joined Timico in a further new role as Head of Application Development and Technical Strategy, accountable for enabling the digital transformation of the business, planning and delivering the integration of company-wide solutions to improve the delivery of service to Timico’s clients. Martin was previously Head of Infrastructure at managed cloud services provider, Adapt.
Finally, Joanne Smith has been promoted within Timico to the newly created position of Head of Client Service Management. Joanne first joined Timico in 2007 and has worked in client-facing roles ever since, most recently as Strategic Account Director where she looked after some of Timico’s largest customers. She, along with her team, will be responsible for providing dedicated focus to the continuous improvement of the client experience.
In addition to bringing in new talent, Timico has invested further in its ITIL processes and in its digital infrastructure including development of its service management tool, ServiceNow and its CRM systems to make operations more robust and flexible.
