The London Internet Exchange (LINX), a global leader of Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), has partnered with Epsilon, a privately owned global connectivity and communications Service Provider, to give Service Providers seamless access to the LINX NoVA Internet Exchange Point (IXP) in the Northern Virginia and Washington DC area. The partnership enables Epsilon’s Service Provider partners to connect directly to LINX NoVA from its Infiny by Epsilon on-demand connectivity platform.

LINX NoVA benefits from a growing number of peering partners available at its exchange while Epsilon continues to add IXPs to its platform. Using Infiny by Epsilon, Service Providers can connect to LINX NoVA at the click of a button and gain rapid access to one of the most important communications hubs in North America.

"The new reseller port connection is great news for both LINX NoVA and Epsilon. We continue to develop our channel programme and we fully expect thatthis will enable us to build momentum for our members as we move into 2018. Epsilon are an established partner with LINX in London and this extension of our partnership to LINX NoVA gives networks a wider choice of ways to reach the exchange for their peering,” said Ben Hedges, CEO at LINX America.

LINX NoVA is a community owned exchange as part of the London Internet Exchange, a mutual non-profit membership organisation.

LINX NoVA’s peering fabric spans three data centre facilities in and around the Ashburn area; CoreSite, Digital Realty and EvoSwitch. These sites are connected by LINX, enabling members to connect at any of these facilities and peer with partners at all LINX NoVA locations.

“We are on a mission to make peering at exchange points across the globe simple and efficient. Our partnership with LINX NoVA will give our Service Provider partners access to new peering partners in the US and help them to use peering to deliver an optimised end user experience,” said Jerzy Szlosarek, CEO at Epsilon. “LINX NoVA is one of the most unique IXPs in North America and we look forward to collaborating and growing together.”
