Ubiquity Technology, a fast-growing company that offers specialized Engineering & Innovation technologies and Process Automation to global clients, has partnered with UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, to leverage its team of RPA certified specialists and scale the use of the UiPath RPA enterprise platform. This partnership, which began in March 2018, will allow to deliver fast and specialized RPA services to its customers located in Portugal, Southern Africa (Angola and Mozambique), USA and Canada.

To gain market advantage in today’s highly competitive landscape, organizations are increasingly seeking solutions to help them expedite operational processes, increase agility and deliver greater value to customers. By partnering with UiPath, Ubiquity Technology will enable clients to complete routine tasks – including front and back-office processes from Finance, HR, IT, Administrative and Logistics – with optimal agility. By delegating these processes to a virtual digital workforce of software robots, company employees will be able to focus on more strategic, creative and customer-facing initiatives.

Frederico Reis, Founder and CEO, Ubiquity Technology, said, “Making RPA successful is a challenge. And to overcome it, in a way that greatly benefits our customers keeping our focus on people and offering great technology solutions, we need to partner with the best. We are pleased to partner with an RPA market leader that supports and stands beyond its customers’ and partners’ success. By encouraging a “growing together” philosophy, UiPath is a logical partner that will help us support the growing automation demands from our customers.”

Since the onset of the partnership, Ubiquity Technology customers have deployed several software robots. Among these, Super Bock Group, Luis SIM?ES, and Ageas Portugal Group.

Super Bock Group is the largest Portuguese soft drinks company with a multi-brand, multi-market strategy, whose core business is based on its operations in the Beer and Bottled water businesses. Using UiPath software robots, they are replacing routine and repetitive tasks, helping people to gain time to do things that really add value for the organization.

Fl?via Pereira, Business Support Analyst at Super Bock Group, said, “The decision to bring UiPath solutions inside the organization is an important step for those who work here and for the business itself. Starting the robotization era, by automating recurring tasks, is also an opportunity to review business processes which may be obsolete. Making these processes more functional and efficient allows employees to improve their quality on daily tasks. On the long run, investing in robotization activities will also free employees some time so they can gain knowledge on other areas or activities. The partnership with Ubiquity is helping Super Bock Group to achieve success on this initiative.”

LUIS SIM?ES is a leading logistics operator in Iberia, leader in flows between Portugal and Spain, that manages a fleet of 2,100 vehicles, has around 2,000 employees and provides integrated logistics services throughout the Iberian Peninsula in more than 25 warehouses that surpass 350,000m? of installed capacity. LUIS SIM?ES is using UiPath software robots in order processing tasks, helping to increase efficiency, reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.

Nelson Ferreira, Project Manager, LUIS SIM?ES, said, “RPA software eliminates repetitive manual processes and human errors that make up an administrative day-to-day work.”

Commenting on the use of UiPath software robots within Ageas Portugal Group, Rodrigo Mendon?a, Business Support Manager, said, “Although we are already an organization with a high percentage of automation (with IT development) and a special focus on process efficiency, robotization allows us to release employees daily tasks in a fast way as well as perform tasks that, previously, were not possible to perform. Our journey is still recent, but it is already possible to state that it has allowed employees to improve their quality on daily work and freeing them for higher value tasks.”

Anand Nagwani, Vice President EMEA Partnership at UiPath, declared, “Ubiquity Technology is revealing to be a fast and agile partner that is gaining remarkable results from its successfully deployments across industries. We are delighted that this partnership is delivering increased value to our customers.”
