Ensono has announced a three-year extension of its partnership with IWG, the number one flexible workspace provider worldwide. The project is part of IWG’s strategy of investing in its technology offerings around performance, availability, and security and will simplify processes.

IWG, the multi-brand flexible workspace company with over 3,500 locations in 1,200 towns and cities in 127 countries worldwide, is a pioneer of the serviced office and co-working business model. Their portfolio of brands matches every kind of business, work style and price point with brands including Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature. IWG has millions of customers worldwide with each one requiring personalised digital services. This transformation ensures IWG are in the best place to facilitate those varied, crucial needs.

IWG has ambitious growth plans and is due to add 1,000 new locations to its global network over the next year or so. The partnership between the two companies, constant for the past 15 years, has been centred on the management of IWG’s business applications. With this new multi-year agreement, Ensono will migrate IWG’s business applications to a new cloud-based solution, providing agile services for customers wherever and whenever their businesses operate.

A key feature of this new agreement is Ensono Flex® which grants IWG the flexibility to move applications among different Ensono-managed cloud platforms at any point.

Salvatore Cifali, Client Partner at Ensono, said, “Due to the complexity of IWG’s environment, being able to deliver this project is a fantastic achievement. By extending this partnership and undertaking such a significant digital transformation project, IWG is building a business for the future. As time goes on and digital infrastructures change, organisations must follow IWG’s example, fully utilising technology to align ambitious business goals with evolved digital strategy. The project, which has already begun, will create a technology infrastructure enabling IWG to successfully grow their business without constriction.”

Daniel Marion, CIO at IWG said, “We are excited to enter a new phase of our partnership with Ensono. Our digital strategy is at the heart of our business model and our offering to millions of customers worldwide”.
