Zerto has expanded its relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS), offering Zerto In-Cloud in AWS Marketplace and joining the AWS Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, a co-sell program for AWS Partners who provide software solutions that run on or integrate with AWS. Zerto is a long-standing supporter of AWS for its industry-leading continuous data protection (CDP) services, and Zerto In-Cloud for AWS is the first Zerto solution available in AWS Marketplace for easy acquisition and deployment.

Zerto In-Cloud is a highly scalable orchestrated disaster recovery (DR) solution for Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances, providing additional protection against disruptions such as cyberattacks. Now, with the Zerto In-Cloud virtual appliance available as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) in AWS Marketplace, the ability to deploy Zerto In-Cloud at scale has never been easier.

In addition to easy deployment, the availability of Zerto in AWS Marketplace offers customers the benefit of applying a portion of their Zerto purchase toward their AWS commitments. This makes Zerto In-Cloud a more seamless fit into any organisation’s cloud computing strategy.

The Zerto In-Cloud solution integrates with Amazon CloudWatch, which collects and visualises real-time logs, metrics, and event data in automated dashboards to streamline infrastructure and application maintenance. Using an API-first methodology, Zerto In-Cloud has been developed to easily integrate into existing cloud management and automation solutions as a seamless part of a complete cloud strategy for organisations of all kinds.

The Zerto solution embraces the flexibility and capacity of AWS for users looking to migrate or protect virtual machines or containers on-premises or in the cloud. Zerto allows an organisation to recover from a disruption with some of the lowest recovery point objectives (RPOs) and fastest recovery time objectives (RTOs) in the industry to dramatically limit the risk of data loss and downtime.

“Zerto has forged a technology relationship with AWS that has helped organisations across the globe further protect their workloads from today’s increasingly sophisticated range of threats,” said Christina Rauscher, global alliances director at Zerto. “Extending our work underlines our commitment to cloud computing and provides greater opportunities for more organisations to protect their data.”

AWS ISV Accelerate Program members are held to the industry’s highest standards and must undergo a comprehensive evaluation to gain acceptance into the program. Zerto participated in a thorough architectural and security review to ensure the quality and design of our solutions. Proof of customer excellence was also reviewed to validate the successes Zerto customers have achieved across industry verticals.
