Zyxel Networks is giving prospective and current MSPs the opportunity to see for themselves exactly how its Nebula platform can be used as the foundation for building a viable managed services business.

The Hello Nebula MSP event will give both current and prospective partners the opportunity to see a hands-on demonstration of a Nebula platform deployment and an extended Q&A session with the company’s experts and partners. They will also hear from one existing MSP partner that has constructed a managed services business around the cloud platform.

The workshop is aimed both at reseller businesses that are looking to take their first steps into managed services, and at existing MSPs who want to revitalise their business development and growth. Zyxel Networks has an excellent proposition for both, said Rachel Rothwell, Senior Regional Director, UK and Ireland.

“We want to show new MSP partners how – with our support – they can use Nebula to get started and build a real and viable managed services business. This is something we’ve done with scores of partners already and we believe there is huge potential for many more to follow in their footsteps and start moving their customers to a subscription model that generates consistent income.

“For established MSPs or those looking for a new way forward, we will demonstrate how Nebula can help them deliver better services and scale up rapidly without having to invest in more and more resources. Several of our partners have experienced really strong growth over the past year and the opportunities are expanding all the time.”

Attending the event and seeing the platform in person will make all the difference, she emphasised. “Seeing the Nebula platform being demonstrated makes a real impact. It’s difficult to get a full appreciation of its capabilities and just how easy it is to use over a conference call or an online clip. At Hello Nebula MSP partners will be able to see exactly how they can use the platform to configure, monitor and manage networks.”

A number of Zyxel Networks’ UK MSP partners will be at the events to share their experiences. Zyxel Networks’ own experts will explain how the company makes use of AI and machine learning to give MSPs even more capabilities and enable them to deliver even better customer service. The team will also go through the recently-updated MSP Partner Programme, which was launched in August, and explain what’s on offer and why the support provided by Zyxel Networks is different.

Rothwell said: “Zyxel Networks prides itself on delivering personalised account management and really going the extra mile when a partner needs us. We will be talking about what we offer at the event and we’ll have existing partners there to explain how they benefit by partnering with us.”
