Avanade has become the key partner for D-Marin, a leading company in the management of premium marinas, in its successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This strategic collaboration has transformed D-Marin's IT infrastructure, significantly improved customer experience and optimized operational efficiency in its 25 marinas located in the Mediterranean and the Gulf. D’Marin’s latest acquisitions include Camille Rayon in France and Porto Mirabello in Italy.

D-Marin selected Avanade and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to achieve several key strategic objectives:

Global System: Implementing a global operating model with local customization for each marina, setting a new standard in marina management.

The solution designed by Avanade has bolstered D-Marin's customer service, marina management, and back-office processes. Notable achievements include:
