Fivetran has appointed Simon Quinton as General Manager for EMEA, Suresh Seshadri as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Anand Mehta as Chief People Officer (CPO). These appointments reflect Fivetran’s focus on scaling its operations, fostering a strong, high-performing company culture and expanding its global footprint.

Simon Quinton, General Manager, EMEA
Quinton has been appointed General Manager for EMEA, where he will focus on driving Fivetran’s growth and market presence across the region. Quinton brings over 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise software, having held senior roles at leading companies like Salesforce, Infor and SAP.
At Salesforce, Quinton served as Senior AVP & GM for Tableau EMEA North, overseeing operations in the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe, as well as managing ESMB and CRM Analytics business units across the region. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Infor, including Vice President of Infor Major Accounts for EMEA and Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. Earlier in his career, Quinton led key initiatives at SAP to drive innovation and transformation for enterprise customers across multiple industries, including telecommunications, life sciences and consumer products.
Suresh Seshadri, Chief Financial Officer
Seshadri joins Fivetran from OpenGov, where he served as CFO and led the company’s global financial strategy and operations during significant growth and market expansion. During his tenure, he scaled the financial and informational technology infrastructure and drove operational efficiency and growth initiatives to support its vision of bringing the cloud to government. These efforts culminated in a strategic investment by Cox Enterprises, which valued OpenGov at $1.8 billion.
Prior to OpenGov, he was the first CFO at Freshworks, where he played a pivotal role in building the financial foundation for its eventual public offering. His previous roles include VP of Finance and Treasury at AppDynamics, which was acquired by Cisco for $3.7 billion, and finance leadership roles at VMware and Microsoft. Early in his career, Seshadri was a design engineer at Sun Microsystems.
Anand Mehta, Chief People Officer
Mehta joins Fivetran with a decade of experience leading HR organisations and a career spanning roles as an operating executive, technologist and strategy consultant. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer at ID.me, where he guided the company through a period of rapid growth and supported its expansion as a leading digital identity provider.
At Compass, Mehta served as CPO during its transformation into a publicly-traded company, where he scaled HR capabilities to meet the needs of a workforce that grew from 1,700 to over 4,000 employees in about a year. He was a member of Bridgewater Associates' Operating Committee, where he held leadership roles in both investment and HR functions. Earlier in his career, Mehta gained experience in consulting, technology and analytics at Bain & Company and served as a line manager overseeing portfolio and trading functions at Bridgewater.
