Vertiv announces Authorised Service Partner Agreement in the UK and Ireland with Collaborate IT

Vertiv and Collaborate IT join forces to support customers’ growing needs for IT monitoring and management.

Vertiv has signed Authorised Service Partner Program Agreement, focused on IT Monitoring and Management, with local data centre and server room technology service specialist, Collaborate IT Limited, serving UK and Ireland. The partnership brings together Collaborate IT’s 20 years of expertise working with data centres, server rooms and IT at the edge, and Vertiv™ Avocent® suite of IT management tools and devices that includes software, KVM switches, and serial consoles.

The Vertiv Service Partner Program is designed to help partners like Collaborate IT address the growing challenges facing their clients such as edge computing, digitalisation, and evolving customer demands. By leveraging this program, Collaborate IT can deliver enhanced solutions, expert guidance, tailored services and reliable support, helping customers to achieve seamless digital transformation and operational excellence, specifically for IT monitoring and management.

Through the partnership, Vertiv expands its service capabilities by providing support at every stage of the critical equipment lifecycle and Collaborate IT enables seamless, reliable support to maintain business continuity from pre-configuration and on-site setup to rack mounting and system integration. The Collaborate IT engineers are trained at the Vertiv Academy, receiving hands-on operator training conducted by certified engineers, giving them the knowledge and skills they need to manage IT monitoring and management equipment and events with confidence and efficiency. This enables Collaborate IT to offer a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-focused services, making them an ideal partner for businesses looking to enhance their IT infrastructure.
