Salute's acquisition of Northshore revolutionises data centre sustainability, leveraging AI to optimise operations.

Salute, a renowned leader in comprehensive data centre services, has announced its strategic acquisition of Northshore. As a sustainability-driven global engineering and consulting firm, Northshore is celebrated for its pioneering technology, notably their proprietary platform, Seastack. This platform marks a breakthrough in utilising AI and automation to enhance data centre sustainability and optimise facility operations.

Through this acquisition, Salute aims to integrate Seastack’s advanced technological innovations alongside Northshore’s sustainability expertise to bolster Salute’s data centre lifecycle services. By employing intelligent AI-powered data analysis and automation, Salute addresses the critical demands of data centre operators worldwide. This integration promises advancements in sustainability, heightened energy efficiency, and bolstered regulatory compliance.
