Westcon-Comstor, a renowned global technology provider and distributor, has marked a significant achievement with Check Point Software, a leader in cybersecurity solutions. The collaborated effort has introduced a new Renewal API aimed at accelerating channel partner growth.

Designed for scalability, this API brings substantial advantages to partners, establishing a firm foundation for a seamless quote-to-cash process. By streamlining the renewal workflow, it offers quicker response times, reduces manual intervention, and enhances precision.

Partners stand to gain greater visibility and a more straightforward, efficient quoting experience. Initial results are promising, delivering time savings, monetary gains, and increased operational efficiency.

Westcon-Comstor has achieved a first in the EMEA region by executing this project for Check Point, cementing its role as a frontrunner in digital distribution.

Realised after seven months of intensive collaboration, the Renewal API integration grants:

  • Reduced quote turnaround: Quicker renewal quotes for partners and their clients.
  • Automated data flow: Eradication of manual data entry reduces error risk and liberates team resources.
  • Scalability: Capability to manage increased volumes as the partnership expands.

Marianne Nickenig, Vice President of Revenue Operations Europe at Westcon-Comstor, expressed pride in the collaboration, highlighting its role in automating the quote-to-cash process, thus enhancing partner operations and customer value.

Echoed by Sylvia Fath, Head of Distribution EMEA at Check Point Software, the accomplishment underscores the robust partnership, amplifying joint automation endeavours with an aim to introduce further innovation and efficiency to the channel.
