Angel Business Communications launches Data Centre Solutions Roadshow for 2026

Angel Business Communications has announced the launch of the Data Centre Solutions Roadshow, a new invitation-only event series designed to bring senior data-centre leaders together with a small number of carefully selected technology partners in a highly focused, peer-led environment.

Launching in 2026, the roadshow will visit Newcastle (25 February), London (24 March) and Warsaw (10 June). Each event is deliberately limited to 30 senior delegates and six sponsor partners, creating an executive forum centred on meaningful discussion, collaboration and thought leadership.

The Roadshow has been developed in response to the rapid growth and increasing complexity of the data-centre sector. Agendas will focus on strategic challenges including power availability, grid resilience, sustainability, AI-driven infrastructure, advanced cooling, intelligent design and large-scale delivery at speed.

The format combines fireside conversations, moderated panel sessions and exclusive boardroom discussions, providing a closed-door setting where senior leaders can share insight, challenge assumptions and explore solutions with peers.

Senior decision-makers already confirmed for Newcastle

The first event in Newcastle has already attracted a strong line-up of senior delegates from across the data-centre ecosystem. Confirmed attendees include decision-makers from organisations such as Google, CBRE , Turner & Townsend, Laing O’Rourke, Vertiv, Siemens Energy, Stellium Data Centres, Latos Data Centre, and Hoare Lea, alongside a wide range of operators, developers, engineers, commissioning specialists and infrastructure consultants.

Delegates represent organisations directly involved in data-centre ownership, development, engineering, power, sustainability, commissioning and long-term infrastructure strategy, ensuring discussions are informed by real-world experience and active projects.

A deliberate alternative to large-scale exhibitions

Unlike traditional trade shows, the Data Centre Solutions Roadshow prioritises quality of interaction over scale. Sponsors are fully integrated into the programme through boardroom sessions and structured discussion formats, with guaranteed engagement with every delegate attending.

The series is delivered by Angel Business Communications, publisher of Data Centre Solutions magazine and organiser of the DCS Awards, drawing on more than 40 years of experience serving the global data-centre and digital infrastructure community.

Commenting on the launch, Sukhi Bhadal, CEO of Angel Business Communications, said:

“The data-centre industry is experiencing a period of exceptional growth and investment, driven by AI workloads, sustainability requirements, power constraints and the need for resilient, future-ready infrastructure.

Through Data Centre Solutions magazine and the DCS Awards, we work closely with operators, developers and technology leaders throughout the year, and it’s clear there is strong demand for more focused, senior-level engagement.

This Roadshow is about putting the right people in the right room – creating an executive, peer-led environment where those responsible for data-centre build and investment decisions can engage in meaningful discussion, away from the noise of large exhibitions. We believe this is the perfect time to launch an intimate, boardroom-style event series that reflects how business is being done in the sector today.”

Due to the intentionally limited format, sponsorship opportunities are strictly capped, with a small number of positions remaining across the Newcastle, London and Warsaw events.
