Last week, MSP Channel Insights attended the Kaseya TruMethods Peer event, a three-day gathering for MSPs to explore growth strategies, marketing programs, and operational excellence. As an invited guest, we saw firsthand how the TruPeer community fosters not just knowledge sharing but a genuine support network among peers.

Senior leaders, including Greg Jones, SVP of MSP Success at Kaseya, highlighted the community’s growth since its EMEA programme launch nearly 20 months ago. TruPeer now connects over 160 MSPs focused on scaling outcomes and addressing both business and personal challenges. One session emphasised the importance of aligning life and business objectives, showing how vulnerability and peer feedback help MSPs refine strategy and drive impact.
Sessions spanned quarterly growth frameworks, margin discipline, and AI and automation initiatives, alongside real-life case studies. Attendees explored Kaseya’s Express and Pro Marketing Programs, which aim to provide scalable support from social content and website templates to advanced CRM automation. Practical exercises like the 10-10-10 quarterly performance framework reinforced operational discipline.
Community and peer learning were a key takeaway. Peers exchanged challenges, provided direct feedback, and celebrated successes. Vendor sessions from Huntress and Rewst highlighted how knowledge-sharing drives growth as much as technology adoption.
During the event, we interviewed Greg Jones about TruPeer’s impact on MSPs. “The growth in the community is just unbelievable which shows, more importantly, a real demand from MSPs that need support growing their business.” He also emphasised Kaseya’s day-to-day support for MSPs across sales, marketing, productivity and profitability.
We discussed how MSPs are responding to rising SMB IT spend, AI adoption, and sustainability, as well as the influence of Gen Y and Gen Z buyers. “The younger generation now just have totally different expectations on technology,” he explained. “It’s a mindset of just technology should just always be up and it’s that instant gratification mindset.”
Kaseya plans to continue developing the TruPeer initiative, with future events in Amsterdam and London this year highlighting MSP success and ongoing support for the community.
