At the RSAC Conference 2026, RSA introduced the RSA ID Plus Sovereign Deployment. The solution is designed to address requirements for availability and compliance with data sovereignty laws, while also addressing advanced security threats.
RSA ID Plus Sovereign Deployment is an identity and access management (IAM) solution that includes multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and access management capabilities. It also includes a “deploy anywhere” capability, allowing deployment across private cloud, multi-cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments, supporting organisations that require flexibility in their infrastructure.
RSA provides full-stack identity capabilities within the ID Plus Sovereign Deployment. This allows organisations across sectors including government, financial services, healthcare, and critical infrastructure to update their systems while maintaining security and compliance requirements.
The solution aligns with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks including Executive Order 14028 and OMB M-22-09, among others. It is designed to support organisations operating under regulatory requirements, regardless of whether deployment is cloud-based, on-premises, or offline.
Key features of ID Plus Sovereign Deployment include unified authentication and access management, passwordless authentication with phishing-resistant options, and additional security tools such as RSA Mobile Lock and RSA Risk AI. The solution can also be integrated with RSA Authentication Manager to support authentication and access during cloud outages.
With this release, RSA is expanding its IAM capabilities in response to regulatory requirements and operational demands, with a focus on supporting security and compliance across different deployment environments.
