TXP and Otera partner to deliver AI decision agents to UK mid-market

TXP has partnered with Otera to support the deployment of AI decision agents in UK mid-market organisations across multiple sectors.

TXP, a systems integrator specialising in technology consulting and development, has announced a partnership with Otera, an autonomous operations platform. The collaboration will focus on introducing production-ready AI decision agents for the UK mid-market.

As one of a limited number of Otera implementation partners in the UK, TXP will apply its solutions engineering expertise to support AI adoption. The partnership is intended to facilitate the integration of AI across sectors including financial services, insurance, healthcare and the public sector.

The collaboration centres on the Otera platform, which enables the deployment of AI workflows through a no/low-code interface. This may be particularly relevant for organisations without the in-house resources to build and deploy AI agents.

In regulated industries such as banking and insurance, demand for compliant, process-driven automation is increasing. Otera’s AI agents are designed to work together to support end-to-end processes without requiring human intervention. In claims processing, for example, task-specific agents can analyse a claim, cross-reference it with a customer’s policy, manage settlements, communicate with the customer and issue payment.

The partnership reflects a broader trend of extending autonomous operations capabilities to mid-market organisations, combining TXP’s experience in business processes with Otera’s platform.
