Cynomi, a Security Growth Platform for MSPs, MSSPs and cyber advisory vCISO practices, has announced enhancements to its platform. The introduction of AI Insights and Co-worker Agents expands its CISO Intelligence infrastructure, aiming to help service providers scale cybersecurity expertise, delivery and revenue.

The update reflects Cynomi’s approach of embedding CISO-level expertise within its platform. With this release, intelligence is operationalised through AI Agents that provide contextual insights, generate client-ready outputs and execute key workflows across the service lifecycle.

The platform is designed to address the shortage of experienced cybersecurity professionals and growing demand for strategic advisory services. It enables service providers to scale expertise using a software-based approach.

Rather than focusing solely on task automation, Cynomi introduces an intelligence layer that spans both security delivery and operational workflows. Its AI Agents, supported by a virtual security team, assist in producing outputs such as risk assessments, remediation plans and executive reports tailored to individual clients.

The intelligence layer includes roles such as a CISO, Auditor, Analyst and Executive Communicator, intended to support decision-making and structured delivery of services. This approach is positioned as enabling consistent delivery without increasing senior staffing levels.

Cynomi’s platform is structured around four principles: ease of use, empowered expertise, operational efficiency and growth enablement. Intelligence is embedded into workflows to reduce reliance on external prompts, while users are provided with CISO-level insights to support decision-making. The platform also aims to reduce manual effort by shifting work towards review-based processes.

By linking insight, execution and client context, the platform is designed to support more structured service delivery and identify potential opportunities for further engagement. It also outlines a longer-term direction towards more automated security operations, where workflows and outputs are continuously generated and updated within the system.
