Smarttech247 strengthens ties with CrowdStrike as Ireland's first partner services provider

Smarttech247 expands partnership with CrowdStrike, becoming Ireland's first Partner Services Delivery partner, enhancing global cybersecurity services.

Smarttech247, a global cybersecurity services provider, has expanded its collaboration with CrowdStrike by joining the Partner Services Delivery programme. From June 2026, Smarttech247 will become CrowdStrike's first partner based in Ireland. The move supports the companies' efforts to enhance security operations capabilities.

Smarttech247 plans to use its AI-enabled VisionX Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platform alongside CrowdStrike's Falcon platform and next-generation SIEM capabilities. The collaboration will support implementation, onboarding and ongoing management of threat protection services.

As cyber threats continue to evolve, organisations using CrowdStrike's solutions will have access to Smarttech247's expertise and 24/7 operational support. This is intended to help organisations detect, investigate and respond to security threats.

The agreement expands Smarttech247's role within CrowdStrike's global partner network, enabling other organisations to access CrowdStrike's SIEM capabilities alongside Smarttech247's MDR services.

CrowdStrike is already integrated into Smarttech247's VisionX MDR platform, and the new agreement builds on the existing relationship between the two companies. The collaboration is designed to support the delivery of threat management services.

Smarttech247's MDR services incorporate AI-driven security operations centre (SOC) capabilities and detection engineering. These services form part of the company's contribution to the expanded partnership and its position as CrowdStrike's first Partner Services Delivery partner in Ireland.

The partnership is also intended to support the deployment of CrowdStrike solutions and reduce implementation timelines for customers and partners. Organisations using the services can expect support with onboarding, security assessments and managed cybersecurity operations.
