Restore Technology expands capacity for device lifecycle management operations

Restore Technology enhances its UK footprint as demand for its device lifecycle services rises. Expanded operations improve geographical reach and efficiency.

Restore Technology has expanded its Device Lifecycle Management operations in Birmingham and Runcorn in response to increased demand from UK organisations for asset management services.

The service, which originally operated primarily from its Cardington base, now includes additional processing stations in Birmingham and Runcorn. This expansion is intended to support organisations in managing IT devices across their lifecycle, from deployment through to end-of-life disposal.

The service covers scenarios such as employees joining, moving roles, or leaving a company, as well as devices used on-site or remotely. The expanded operational capacity also increases geographical coverage and is supported by a fleet of 65 vehicles, enabling service delivery to organisations with distributed IT estates and varied site requirements.

The company reports that it holds certifications including NCSC CAS-S status, which relates to secure destruction and sanitisation services, and accreditation from the National Protective Security Authority.

It is also a JOSCAR-registered supplier, which is relevant for working with organisations in regulated sectors. The expansion in Birmingham and Runcorn increases its operational capacity for providing device lifecycle services, including collection, processing, and disposal of IT assets.
