IT services provider Ocean Intelligent Communications and central London data centre City Lifeline are partnering to provide clients of the two companies with a complete managed IT service. The partnership covers support for both within and beyond the walls of the data centre - giving customers of both companies complete confidence in the resilience of their entire IT infrastructure.

In addition to using ServiceNow applications, IQNavigator built custom applications on the ServiceNow Service Automation Platform to address software change standards and IT compliance management.

Computacenter opens Service Desk Office in Budapest

Computacenter announces the opening of its latest International Service Centre in Budapest, Hungary aimed at satisfying increased demand for multilingual customer support within its customer base. The new office will be formally opened by Group CEO Mike Norris on the 14th January 2014, with the Hungarian Secretary of State.
