CloudSense chosen for Reliance Water Controls rollout

CloudSense, an international provider of cloud software and services specialising in end-to-end business transformation, has been selected to implement Salesforce for Reliance Water Controls Ltd (RWC), a leading supplier to the global sanitary, plumbing and heating industry. CloudSense was awarded the contract after a competitive tender between systems integrators from the UK and US.

CloudSense is helping RWC drive business growth by centralising sales information and enabling faster response times for quotes as well as enhanced planning, forecasting and decision-making. Improving access to a single source of integrated data by sales, marketing and customer service teams is also ensuring RWC can add value for clients and maximise market opportunities. The sales team had previously used a stand-alone server based CRM package but RWC recognised the need and benefits of having a more business centric solution.

CloudSense is managing a staged deployment of Salesforce with agreed milestones across the UK organisation. To accomplish these goals, it is providing RWC with a dedicated team of consultants for full end-to-end delivery of the project, including analysis, design, implementation (configuration and customisation) and test. RWC plans to rollout Salesforce across its wider geographical regions including US, Canada and Australia on successful project completion in the UK.

“We selected CloudSense because, as a Salesforce Platinum Partner, they quickly understood our requirements and showed that they could add value to the project while still keeping it simple, which was one of our main criteria,” says Wayne Burman, head of commercial finance, RWC. “They were also flexible in their approach and focused on a phased approach to key milestones.

“As a result we are already reconfiguring the way our back office functions operate in order to deliver enhanced customer service. We already have a number of staff using the Salesforce accounts, contracts, calendar and tasks functionality and are part way through a second phase that will bring on board quotes, pricing, authorisations, marketing and reporting.”

Richard Britton, CEO CloudSense says, “We are delighted to be working with RWC. They are a forward-looking organisation with a clear plan of how they want to use cloud-based solutions to empower their sales and marketing efforts. They also share our vision of a partnership-based approach to service delivery and systems implementation. We believe Salesforce and CloudSense can transform their business, delivering the agility they need to maintain their competitiveness, enhance their customer interactions and prepare the business for future growth.”
