Risc IT Solutions continues to see benefits after re-certification

Cloud Service Provider recertifies against CIF Code of Practice.

Leading UK cloud services organisation Risc IT Solutions has successfully recertified against the CIF Code of Practice for the third year in a row, APM Group, the Cloud Industry Forum’s (CIF) independent certification partner, has announced.

Risc IT Solutions has 15 years of experience in providing end-to-end cloud-based solutions and services to 250 Channel Partners and 4,000 direct Customers throughout the UK. Since initially certifying against the code in 2012, Risc IT Solutions has found that it has consistently helped maintain and grow the businesses’ reputation

Jeremy Keane, Managing Director of Risc IT Solutions said: “As our Channel Partners continue to grow and expand, one of our main priorities continues being able to show current and potential customers that we maintain the highest standards possible when providing cloud services, to emphasise that they made the right choice in coming to us. It is important to us to remember that we do not just represent ourselves with the quality of our services, but also that of our partners. In the end, users demand and rely on the quality of the services they receive, and we are determined to make sure they know they can trust us to provide that. “

“The key reason behind why we continue to recertify against the CIF Code of Practice is to ensure to everyone that we can consistently provide valuable, trustworthy and professional services, all from a vastly knowledgeable, respected and impartial organisation,” he said.

Richard Pharro, CEO of APM Group, added: “Businesses and Cloud Service Providers are continuing to see the benefits of what the Code of Practice (CoP) can offer them and their customers, which is why organisations recertify. This is the third time Risc IT Solutions has recertified, highlighting how it continues to see the value of CoP, and to have such a large and well respected organisation continue to trust our standard is very pleasing.”
