XYZ Reality has announced changes to its executive team with the appointment of Bruno P.S. Rocha as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Soroosh Keshtgar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointments come as the company prepares for its next phase of international expansion.

The changes follow increased adoption of XYZ Reality’s construction delivery platform across hyper-scale data centre and mission-critical construction projects. As demand rises and projects increase in scale and complexity, the company is adding senior leadership capacity to support its operations and growth plans.

As COO, Rocha will focus on execution, team alignment, and improving operational consistency. His remit includes converting commercial activity into repeatable delivery processes as XYZ Reality expands across markets and customers. Rocha brings experience from engineering-led and robotics organisations, having previously held senior roles at Palantir and Gecko Robotics.

Keshtgar joins as CFO as the business moves into larger and more complex projects and prepares for international growth. His role will centre on strengthening financial systems, processes, and governance to support decision-making and future investment. His background includes aerospace engineering, qualification as a chartered accountant at PwC, and senior finance roles in high-growth organisations.

The appointments reflect the company’s focus on building leadership capability as it works with global infrastructure owners and scales its delivery model. Strengthening operational and financial management is intended to support consistency as the customer base and project portfolio expand.

With demand increasing for data centre and mission-critical infrastructure, XYZ Reality is aligning its leadership and operating structure to support delivery at scale and respond to changing customer requirements.
