CoreWeave has announced an expansion of its partnership with Meta Platforms, as part of a broader agreement aimed at increasing AI cloud computing capacity. The agreement is valued at approximately $21 billion and extends through December 2032. It builds on an existing collaboration between the two companies, with CoreWeave continuing to support Meta’s AI development and deployment activities.

Under the terms of the agreement, CoreWeave will provide dedicated AI cloud capacity across multiple geographic regions. This deployment includes early use of NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin platform. The multi-region approach is intended to support performance, resilience, and scalability requirements associated with large-scale AI workloads.

The agreement reflects continued growth in demand for high-performance infrastructure designed for AI applications, which have become increasingly complex and resource-intensive.

Some industry commentary has highlighted the partnership as an example of ongoing collaboration between major technology companies and AI-focused cloud infrastructure providers, particularly in relation to supporting large-scale AI systems.

Additional details about the agreement are available in CoreWeave’s filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
