Vantage Data Centers, a hyperscale data centre provider, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Emma Jeffries as Global Chief People Officer and Michael Fränkle as Chief Operating Officer for EMEA.

Based in Denver, Emma Jeffries will lead Vantage’s global human resources operations. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition, leadership development, and organisational design as the company continues its global growth. Jeffries reports to Sureel Choksi, CEO of Vantage, and will support the development of the company’s talent, culture, and operating model.

In Frankfurt, Michael Fränkle will oversee operations, reliability engineering, and customer experience across Vantage’s European and African regions. He reports to David Howson, President of EMEA, with a focus on operational reliability, innovation, and customer experience across the region.

Jeffries brings experience in building global HR functions from previous roles at ATOMS and Iron Mountain, where she supported international expansion and organisational transformation. Fränkle has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and digital infrastructure, with a background in infrastructure modernisation and operational efficiency.

As Vantage expands across EMEA, both appointments are intended to support its operations and workforce development as part of its ongoing growth.
